song of Joy like a swell swinging 'gainst stiff bridges like a sparrow jumping his melody on stretched telephone wires like a swallow swinging in the threads of clouds so is the song of Joy in me when one after one the problems get their solutions when step for step my way wears me onwards when you and you and you become my friends when through the room of loneliness a bundle of light opens a sunny street out to the living people |
